This three-day running festival offers options for people of all ages and fitness levels, including a half-marathon (which you can complete on your own, or split with a partner), a 10K race, a 5K, several different kids' races, and even a half-mile dog walk.
If you're feeling extra energetic, go for one of five Run Fest "challenges" ... for example, run the Green Bench Brewing Triple Challenge (run the 5K, 10K and half-marathon) and receive four medals and other swag.
Have kids in tow? Runners (err, babies!) ages 1 and 2 can do the .05K fun run (yes, that was .05K) while preschoolers ages 3 and 4 can sprint in the .1K fun run. Children ages 5-13 can register for the PeliKids one miler along the waterfront.
Maybe you have a fur baby rather than a human baby. If so, consider the PeliPAWS Dog Walk/Run, which benefits VEG Cares, providing veterinary care that helps save animals' lives.
Each route highlights St. Pete's beautiful waterfront, historic neighborhoods and colorful murals. The 5K, 10K, half-marathon and kids' races all begin on Bayshore Drive near The Dalí Museum, while the dog walk/run begins at Albert Whitted Park.
